How do I enter a year prior to 1904 or later to 2031?
You can enter any year you like using your graffiti area but due to limitations of Palm OS native functions you should not use Date button. Using Date button will reset value of year to 1904 or 2031.

Can I install only 1.Chart without interpreter module?
Yes you can. Skip installing 1Int.prc and related pdb files
(natal.pdb and isex.pdb). Everything else except interpretation should work fine
